All guests must be registered in advance. Unregistered visitors may incur an additional fee of €75 per person.

Important Information
All guests are expected to follow the house rules throughout their stay. Failure to comply may result in a penalty fee.
For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every 14 days to maintain the apartment’s cleanliness and comfort. The cleaning fee will be collected during your stay through the Resolution Center and will be the same as the standard cleaning fee.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of up to €250 may be required before check-in.
Depending on the booking platform, the deposit may be pre-authorized or charged to your original payment method. It will be fully refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition and no damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items are identified.
Reservation Changes
Reservation changes, including stay extensions, requested within 48 hours of check-out may incur an additional cleaning fee.
This is because professional cleaning services are scheduled in advance, and late modifications may result in cancellation or rescheduling charges from the cleaning provider. By requesting changes within this timeframe, guests agree to these additional charges.
